Workshops

Nancy also offers workshops in one and three day workshops in California and will be working as well out of central Ohio soon.  Her concepts flow around vibrant color and effective composition as substance to strong paintings. 

Nancy's workshops help guide the attendees through the basics of color use and explore the effects of light on color and especially the happenings in the shadows.  Simplification of subject matter,and focus on large shapes and strong values will be looked at.

Students will watch demos and then work on small paintings, followed by a critique.  You will find Nancy's teaching style fun and comfortable.
